Warlords Of Gaming Ranks

Warlord Founder
The Leaders of WoG. They are the leaders of WoG and hold the highest rank known to Warlords Of Gaming. They have the rights to promote or demote any BG or BC they seek and hold the highest superiority of any leader. After having served as a Warlord Founder, individuals cannot be promoted any further.


Battalion General
Battlion Generals oversee the Battalion Commanders as a whole. While still overseeing the battalions and Commanders, they are provided to insure the well being of their members and leaders. Battalion Generals as well, are provided to insure the well being of their Battalion Commanders and are made available to assist the BC’s with activities and are as well, suited for advisory. After developing crucial skills and a general understanding of the ranking structure more thoroughly, then a Battalion General may be up for a potential promotion.


Battalion Commander
Battalion Commanders, alike Commanders oversee a brigade, instead BC’s oversee a specific amount of brigades. They insure the well being of their Commanders and are made available to assist the Commanders with activities and are as well, suited for advisory. After developing crucial skills and a general understanding of the ranking structure more thoroughly, then a Battalion Commander may be up for a potential promotion.

Commander
One of the most essential ranks within the ranking structure. Commanders are set to control and oversee a brigade as a whole. Battalion typically hold 10-60 members of individuals. As a Commander you’ll conduct weekly brigade meetings and have full superiority over your brigade. Demotions and promotions will be a key element partaking this role. After developing crucial skills and a general understanding of the ranking structure more thoroughly, then a Commander may be up for a potential promotion.


Lieutenant Commander
Lieutenant Commanders crucially assist the Commanders of a given brigade. In essence, they are a Commander’s right hand man. When the Commander isn’t present or takes a leave of absence, a Lieutenant Commander will temporarily take over their role. After an accumulate period of 10 days have passed or more and depending on the situation, may a LC be promoted.


Captain
After having served as a Lieutenant - now playing the role as a Captain will require superior leadership skills. Captains oversee and control companies or squads within a brigade. Companies typically carry 7-10 members within. Captains insure the well being of their company members and can hold company meetings. After an accumulate period of 9 days have passed or more then a promotion may follow suit.


Lieutenant
Having all ready a deep understanding of the rules, regulations, rank structure, and honor code; a Lieutenant will partake a crucial role to insure that all lower ranking members within a brigade have a well developed understanding of the elements within WoG. After an accumulate period of 7 days have passed or more then a promotion may follow suit.


Sergeant
As a Sergeant, members will have to carefully familiarize themselves with the elements of the ranking structure, rules, regulations, and honor code. Once a Sergeant has actively trained Corporals and familiarized themselves with the overall structure, then they may be potentially up for a promotion. After an accumulate period of 7 days have passed or more then a promotion may follow suit.


Corporal
Corporals take an active role to introduce new recruits into their brigades and are provided to insure the familiarization of WoG’s rank structure and honor code. After an accumulate period of 5 days or more have passed, then an individual may be considered for a promotion.


Recruit
A recruit is the beginning rank of each member who partakes an active role within the ranking structure. Recruits will remain the same rank until an accumulate period of two (to) three days or more have passed.


Gamer
A gamer is an individual who isn’t directly represented as a member within the ranking structure of WoG. They are mainly an individual who holds interest in being involved within the community, but has no desire to partake in the ranking structure that WoG has.
